The Maintenance Division is located at the City's Corporation Yard, 1001 Allison Drive, Vacaville CA 95687. The phone number for maintenance issues such as water leaks, plugged sewers, potholes, and traffic light outages is (707) 469-6500 during regular office hours: 7 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Monday - Friday. The evening/weekend number for maintenance emergencies is (707) 449-5200.

The Administrative offices of the Utilities Division (water/sewer treatment) are located at the Easterly Wastewater Treatment Plant, 6040 Vaca Station Road, in Elmira. Their phone number is (707) 469-6400. Regular office hours are 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday.

City staff responsible for all financial and billing aspects of water/sewer service are located at City Hall in the Finance Division. They can be reached at (707) 449-5128.
