There are a variety of career opportunities within the Department. Specialty sworn positions include positions in Motors, Canine, Youth Services, SWAT, Gangs, Narcotics Enforcement, and Child Abuse. In addition, the Department is staffed by an outstanding support network of Administrative Staff, Community Service Officers, Public Safety Dispatchers, Evidence Technicians, Family Support and Master Social Workers, Records Assistants, and a Crime Analysis Team Members.
