	Housing Counseling Program DHR is responsible for implementing the HUD-certified Housing Counseling Program activities involving: interviewing and assisting clients with housing problems and solutions; providing debt and money-management counseling; providing information on tenant's/landlords' rights and responsibilities, first time homebuyer and Fair Housing, counseling in pre-foreclosure, foreclosure, and reverse mortgages; acting as a referral to other agencies and resources as needed Please call (707) 449-5675 for more information or assistance.
