The Community Development Administration, Planning, and Building Division offices are located in City Hall at 650 Merchant Street, Vacaville CA 95688.    

You can reach the Planning division at (707) 449-5140. Regular office hours for the Planning Division are 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday.

The Building Division can be reached at (707) 449-5152. Regular office hours for the Building Division are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday.

Building Inspection requests should be directed the the Inspection request line at (707) 449-5153.
