SENIOR EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES Senior Scam Stoppers is coming to Vacaville! Be at the McBride Senior Center from 2-4 p.m. on April 8, 2010 to learn how to avoid becoming a vicitm! Information on housing repairs, auto repairs, elder scams and more! For more information, click here! The Community Calendar lists upcoming events of interest to seniors, such as the annual Tribute to Seniors and Senior Health Summit. To view these events click on the Community Calendar, and use the drop-down menu to select Senior Events. The Vacaville Community Services Department offers everything from Japanese Language lessons to Cooking with Flair sessions, designed specifically for seniors. Additional activities created with seniors in mind include: Computer Skills training, Yoga and Tai Chi recreation classes, and a Knit & Crochet group.
