Mention of a URL address providing users with the address of a web page that does not reside on the City of Vacaville website.

GOVERNANCE:

Except as expressly permitted by the City's website policies, no link (express or implied) may be created from the City of Vacaville website without the approval of the City of Vacaville Web Master. Such approval will be in written form, documented and recorded by the City's Web Master
All links, images, notices, and other communications on City's website may be removed at the sole discretion of the Web Master
Except as indicated by future amendment to this policy, the City's website will not include any header, footer, or side banner announcements or advertisements of any kind on any page of its website.
